A MERRY Heart!! :-)

“A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.” Prov. 17:22

Have you ever noticed that you just ENJOY being around certain people?

“The heart produces the largest amount of energy in our body.  The heart’s electricity is 40 to 60% stronger than the brain’s and emits an electrical field that can be measured up to five feet away from the body. ” Quoted from: http://www.wellwise.org/blogs/debi-elliott/our-hearts-beat-language-love  (I now know of device that can measure up to 40 feet away!) The actual frequency of the heart is 67-70 MHz. Have you ever thought about what an  influence  you have on those around you-even if you never say anything? Ever had anyone walk in the room..you look around and say…”What’s wrong?”  What’s in your heart shows on your body and you “feel” their mood! (Aka: Frequency).

We live in such a negative world.  We can’t help it!  People are having hard times – going to have hard times and will until we leave this world!  But STOP!  What can I do about it?  What’s your frequency putting out to other people? Is it encouraging? Just something as a simple smile (even if someone has hurt your feelings earlier?) can turn someone’s whole day around! Remember the quote above?…A merry heart? Medicine?

Now let me tell you something!  I don’t have this “merry heart” thing locked up in a box just for  me!  I HAVE to fine tune it ALL the time!  HOW? First of all: Prayer and Faith in Jesus. Do you know that prayer and meditation ALONE will RAISE your frequency by 12 MHz?!  Isn’t that exciting?!  Then I use my infoceuticals  for the outside of my heart (ED6) or the inside of the heart (ED2). (They’re different frequencies!!!!)   I also use essential oils faithfully!! Joy or Pure Joy.

Proverbs 16:21 “Pleasant words are as an honeycomb, sweet to the soul and health to the bones.”

I hope this makes you think about how your “frequencies” are around other people.  Start today and THINK about it.  Be conscience of it and then ACT on it! Have a purpose. Encourage.
